While I love the Pixies, I feel this track is too somber for such and extremely dark show. So, I would have used the opening minute of Messiah by Fear Factory. This track nails the energy, frustration and internal RAGE that the people of Fromville are feeling. The constant screaming for MESSIAH can reflect Boyd’s anger with God as he’s always screaming out for answers to why this is happening to them and living this nightmare. UPDATE - 06/24/26 - Paramount confirmed Dutton Ranch has been renewed for a 2nd season.BEULAH LIVES! I am well aware it’s Annette Benning playingBeulah but we did see Kurt Russell in the Madison have an early exit on that show (avoiding spoilers). THIS IS IT PEOPLE!!! The episode we been looking forward toAND dreading since it’s the season 1 finale. BUT thank the TV overlords at Apple for giving Widow’s Bay a renewal for a 2nd season. This episode answered some MAJOR questions such has who is REALLY the last descendent of Richard Warren while also throwing us some Suprises NO ONE saw coming.
