In the face of storms and adversity it can seem as though we're never going to make it to the promises of GOD. I know....we all think we have all the answers. We all think we know what we need at given times in life. But the beauty of faith is that we don't have to "help ourselves". You have unmet expectations. They don't act or behave how you want them to. Was this a mistake? Is my marriage over? NO!!!! Bring your husband/wife, and marriage in its' ENTIRETY to GOD!!! You believed GOD for something that either hasn't come to pass yet, or not in the way you'd hoped...feeling like you didn't have "enough faith"? That's not true, it's a lie that the enemy tells to discourage us and keep us from believing GOD again or staying in faith. The Scripture says all you need is faith the size of a mustard seed...keep believing GOD for HIS promises, even if you haven't seen it yet, or it hasn't revealed itself as you'd hoped. "each person who turns to God in genuine repentance and faith will be saved"   This is the definition of repentance. Sincere remorse or regret. Have things in your life been a little out of place or out of order? Not sure why, but pushing through anyway...kind of ignoring it and "coping" with it but not addressing it? This is when you, me, we need to get in the PRESENCE of GOD and allow HIM to show us where in our lives we need to repent and turn from sin and turn to HIM. When GOD speaks we HAVE to listen! And how does GOD speak? Through HIS Spirit which He has put inside of us, and also through prophets. Not everyone who says they have a word from GOD is real, true, or sincere...that's why we have to test the spirits. And how do we do that? We bring it right back to GOD in prayer! We ASK HIM!!!
