Honey, I’m back! Sorry, it’s been a while since my last podcast. Life has been busy. You know the excuses… In any case, I am very happy to be back and share my latest experiences of TRT with you. In this episode I talk about how it’s been being on Testogel for a year. I go into the benefits of TRT, the added benefits of strenght training and eating ketogenic for a good hormonal environment within. You can expect more episodes in the times to come.

Learn about how testosterone and food are connected. Some of the biggest killers of our modern day are obesity and diabetes 2, both of which are caused by our lifestyles and eating habits. They also severely impact our hormonal health, and this is why men should have a listen to this show. Learn about what contributes to fat accumulation on your body, and what fat does to your testosterone. We share our new way of living and eating with you. And our tip to you is NOT to “eat less train more”. Instead, we are going back to eating the way people used to eat before all the carbs were entered into our food stream. Stay full for longer, and melt your fat away. You don’t even have to exercise (you should exercise, but for other reasons than burning fat). Enjoy!

The TRT-Train.com has gotten a facelift. We changed the theme and did a whole lot of tweaking to get the site even better than what it was before. We also changed the focus to be less about our personal experiences and more aimed towards TRT specific information and knowledge that will be helpful for others.
7 months TRT evaluation: Finally we are getting somewhere, and the TRT is yielding results. Surprisingly, it wasn’t the increased dosage of testosterone that finally gave me symptom relief, but the mechanism of “less is more”.
Helpful tips for beginners and other people struggling with not finding symptom relief on TRT. We share our experiences with you in hopes that you will be better off for it.

In this episode I talk about my 2nd visit to the urologist where I got my first shot of Nebido. I talk about trying to set a goal for my TRT-treatment together with my doctor, and him basically brushing me off. We had the best time of the entire TRT-treatment so far after the first shot of Nebido, but the effects wore out extremely quickly. The 2nd shot of Nebido didn’t give me the same results as the first shot. I decided to get a second opionion. This and more in this third installment of the TRT-train Podcast.

In this installment of the TRT-Train Podcast I tell you about my first meeting with the urologist I was referred to, the thoughts I had about going to see him, and how he agreed to start me up on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) in the form of Clomid or Clomifen. I had a bad reaction to the drug, and being already desperate for some symptom relief, I was devastated that clomid didn’t work. Further more, it didn’t help that I had to continue taking it for 3 more weeks all the while getting progressively worse. In the end, my plea to the specialists was understood and he agreed to start me up on Nebido.
