But before they get to college, those athletes are mentored and coached by their high school coaches.   Today Torrey speaks with his friends Chris Gaither and Blake Traylor, head basketball coaches at Martha Layne Collins High School and Shelby County High School, respectively. Torrey and the coaches explore the role of the modern high school coach as they reflect on the challenges, successes, and lessons that they have experienced throughout their careers.
