The Todd Allbaugh Show
Todd Allbaugh
Having grown up on a dairy farm in Southwest Wisconsin, Todd Allbaugh has a self-described “mutt resume.” But as a former Republican of 30 years working in Wisco government, Todd also offers a unique perspective on all things political.

Fighting Fear With Truth (Hour 2)
After sharing another Wisconsin Fun Fact, Todd asks us What’s Worse: having too much to do or not enough to do? We take your calls and texts and talk about how ADHD affects our perception of time.  At the bottom of the hour, Todd shares a very difficult story with us. In the midst of escalating ICE tactics, a 16-year-old boy in the state of Oregon had the courage to share his story in front of his city council. Despite being a US citizen, he spends every day in fear because of the color of his skin. Todd uses this powerful story to encourage all of us to focus on each other’s humanity and use whatever platform we may have to spread the truth.  The Todd Allbaugh Show is a part of the Civic Media radio network and airs live Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm across Wisconsin. Pete Hegseth Wants JD Vance Gone, Probably (Hour 2)
After our daily Wisconsin Fun Fact, Todd celebrates Brewers Manager Pat Murphy’s success. Last night, he won National League Manager of the Year for the second year in a row.  This afternoon, Todd asks us What’s Worse: swiss or cheddar? Citizens of the dairy state chime in with their strong opinions on the best cheeses.  Later on in the show, Todd covers the biggest breaking national news. Rep. Adelita Grijalva (D-AZ) has finally been sworn in after a lengthy delay, providing the final vote needed to release the Epstein files. In other national news, Sec. Hegseth has called for “no more dudes in dresses,” excluding Rudy Giuliani and JD Vance from service.  The Todd Allbaugh Show is a part of the Civic Media radio network and airs live Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm across Wisconsin. Jackpot Ron Johnson Attempts To Fleece Taxpayers (Hour 1)
Last night, we discovered that Senator Ron Johnson and other Republicans who attempted to steal the 2020 election snuck a deal into the budget continuing resolution. Our typical Wednesday panel, Pat Kreitlow of Mornings with Pat Kreitlow and Trygve Olson of The Lincoln Project, joins us to discuss the specifics. We also hear from our friend and legal expert Matt Flynn on the potential consequences if this bill is not amended.  At the bottom of the hour, we welcome Fred Clark, a former state Rep. who is running for Rep. Tom Tiffany’s seat in the 7th district. He shares his political journey and why he’s running for this position. Learn more about Clark’s campaign at clarkforwi.com. Cash May Be King, But Pennies Are No More (Hour 2)
After our daily Wisconsin Fun Fact, Todd asks us What’s Worse: beaches or pools? Both have their benefits and drawbacks, so we take your calls and texts on whether, as one listener put it, you’re bothered more by jellyfish or used Band-Aids.  Our country is no longer producing pennies, and now Woodman’s has joined Kwik Trip in changing their policy around cash payments. Make sure you have appropriate payment before you go grocery shopping! If you’re looking for opportunities to support veterans on this Veterans Day, please consider donating to the Wounded Warrior Project at woundedwarriorproject.org. On Veterans Day and the ACA w/ Lt. Gov. Sara Rodriguez (Hour 1)
Happy Veterans Day! Today, our friend Teri Barr joins us to share an overlooked story about the roots of the holiday in Wisconsin’s history. In Teri’s latest article, she dives into the life of Harvey Higley, a UW-Madison grad and WWI veteran who dedicated his life to taking care of other veterans. Higley was instrumental in establishing several national VA programs, including the GI bill, as well as changing Armistice Day to Veterans Day.  At the bottom of the hour, Lt. Gov. Sara Rodriguez joins us in-studio to talk about how the discontinuation of Affordable Care Act subsidies will affect Wisconsinites. When it comes down to it, if the funding ends, healthcare prices will rise for everybody, even those who do not have an ACA plan. She also updates us on her gubernatorial campaign.  The Todd Allbaugh Show is a part of the Civic Media radio network and airs live Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm across Wisconsin. Remembering The Edmund Fitzgerald (Hour 2)
After a new Wisconsin Fun Fact, Todd asks us What’s Worse: Amazon or Walmart? We take some texts and comments on whether the convenience is worth the cost.  Today is the 50th anniversary of the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. Many of us know the Gordon Lightfoot song, but the shipwreck was a true tragedy that shook many lives. At the bottom of the hour, Bill McCoshen joins Todd to share memories of that fateful day 50 years ago and pay tribute to the 29 lives that were lost.  The Todd Allbaugh Show is a part of the Civic Media radio network and airs live Monday through Friday from 2-4 pm across Wisconsin.
