Jimmy Prestons YouTube/Twitter/Instagram material is must see stuff. He’s funny as hell and I’m a huge fan. If you can find his video on How to Train Chest” watch it. NOW. It’s his White Album and never gets old. That said, I was expecting a pretty bad podcast from this dude. I didn’t see him being able to pull off an entire hour of entertainment via this format. But he does! It’s not perfect and he’s obviously new to it, but it was a solid podcast about sports, rasslin, movies, and a really small dash of current events. The second one was a big improvement on the first and I hope they do a third one.

Jim does a great job with engaging content and lots of energy. He gives me the motivation to get out of my pajamas in the morning and bang out an at-home workout, which is much needed these days. One slight downside is he seems to have banged my wife, and she now loves the podcast more than I do. I’m 6’3 - 205 with 10% BF but I can’t even compare to that meat missile. Guy pushes reps of 315 on bench like it’s just the bar. You know the 150lb dumbbells at the gym that no one touches? Yeah he does shoulder raises with them. Guy could pop a watermelon between his elbows for cryin out loud. TL;DR, listen to this pod, keep your wife, girlfriend and mother away.
