We are joined by recent Olympian, Leon Reid. Leon's event is the 200m and he reached the semi-finals in Tokyo. We caught up with Leon before he flew out to Tokyo and we spoke about how the topics from The Long Win resonate with him. From how he defines success and what motivates him, to the role that challenge and feedback plays in his relationship with his coach.
