Relavant and Relatable content
I've been following Matt Heusser and so many of the other guests on the TEsting show for something like 13 years. That includes Matt's original podcast (100 episodes of testing content and discussion, of which, I guested on more than one occassion.) With Michael Larsen as producer, the production values, and intellectual value of each show, is adequately size, and quite filling. Every week they cover another topic that aligns with issues that I can relate to, and if they haven't yet hit a topic you are interested in, send them a line, and they may cover it in a future episode.

Excellent software testing podcast
The Testing Show is the best podcast covering software testing that I've heard so far. The 'regular panel + guest' format works great for this kind of subject matter; the regulars create a sense of continuity and allow listeners to get to know how they think over time, while having a guest ensures there is going to be a new voice on each episodes offering a different perspetive and usually a different slice of expertise.
My favorite part of the podcast is the regular "news" segment, in which the panel brings up news items from recent weeks related to the technology world and discuss them from a software testing perspective.
Highly recommend!
