We are the young person's mental health initiative. We are on a mission to provide free to access and relatable mental health support to young people across the UK. We hope through these episodes to discuss topics surrounding mental health and mindset with real people, so individuals may find some comfort both in knowing they aren't alone in their struggles and that recovery from dark places are possible.
