I also learned about Angus, who did a supervised medical water fast for 382 days. I found out that he gained the weight back and unfortunately died at a young age. I also discuss the importance of keeping a healthy mindset when going through a water fast and some tips on how to stay focused. I also talk about the benefits of a water fast, such as helping with certain medical ailments. Lastly, I discuss what I did after a week in the fast and the importance of doing research to make sure you are doing the fast in a safe and healthy manner.
