Great To see my favorite Muay Thai Podcast on here finally

Makes learning about the history of Muay Thai and the athletes/coaches that have been a part of it, particularly in the U.S., much more accessible. In addition, they discuss the U.S. role and standing in the Muay Thai world, highlight standout individuals including fighters, coaches, promoters, and members of the U.S. team. They’re also really funny and honest, and play off each other well.

Lots of likes here. Coach and fighter conversations are interesting if you’re into Muay Thai.

Vinny Scotto is my Muay Thai coach and he’s amazing. Listening to his podcast in addendum to going to practice has really upped my Muay Thai game from activity to a way of life. Keep up the great work guys! :)

TSC does a great job of interviewing current and important faces in the United States Striking community, ranging from fighters, to coaches, to business owners. I have not been listening to The Striking Corner for a short time but I'm hooked! I have learned more about the Muay Thai community in the past few days (binge listening) than I've learned in the past two years training. Eric and Vinny have great chemistry, they provide great information about the Muay Thai, and have awesome guests on (Kevin Ross, Chris Romulo aka CROM, Emilio Pineda just to name a few). If you're a Muay Thai, Kickboxing fan, you have to listen. Thank you guys for your hard work...keep up the great work!

Eric Riveria and cohost Vinny Scotto have been in the Muay Thai game for a while. Riveria trained out of the esteemed Kaewsamrit gym in western Bangkok for along with a solid gym down in Florida. Scotto owns and operates a gym in Staten Island surprisingly called Staten Island Muay Thai. Copious credentials aside these guys offer a great listen interviewing a lot of leading figures in the sport such as Stephen Strotmeyer, Gaston Balonos, Kevin Ross, Chris Tran etc. Their most recent interview with Tran was really interesting. Tran, who is from Jersey, runs a promotion, Warrior's Cup and is now going on the 30th show. Talking about what it takes to run a continued promotion and at the same time run and operate a gym really highlighted the hard work that people like Tran do for the sport. It was awesome to hear about Tran's background as an asian kid in Jersey and about how all his kungfu trophies went to rubbish when he got his nose busted by an amateur boxer. He really learned a lot and so did I. Great podcast. Been a regular listener for over a year and am excited to see what happens in the future for these guys! Would recommend. -Matt Lucas

Another great episode. Thank you for all you do to promote the sport of Muay Thai. Would love to hear some interviews with actual promoters in the future. I’m curious to hear what goes into making a good show. Matchups, the production aspect, contracts with fighters, etc. Thanks again, can’t wait for the next one.
