In this episode Audrey and Tinashe discuss all things book, movie and TV obsessions. Tune in to hear their thoughts on new and upcoming shows including House of the Dragon, Rings of Power & Bridgerton s3 (a bit spoilery for non-book aware fans but...they want Colin to suffer!). The pair reveal all when it comes to insatiable obsessions with fanfiction and kdrama. And they get into the crux of the whole "but that is not how it is like in the book" argument when it comes to some of the vitriol against diversely cast shows/films such as LOTR:ROP, HOTD, Little Mermaid etc. But all-in-all the ladies have a lot of fun thinking back on how far they have come in the fandom space.
Enjoy and look out for the discussion on HP 6 which is coming soon!

In this episode Audrey and Tinashe, discuss the 2022 Netflix adaptation of Jane Austen's “Persuasion”. The girls had a lot to say about this latest offering of Jane's work, including (but not limited to); the cringeworthy modernisation, the shocking lack of romantic anything! and the constant looking to camera (we get it!). There is also a lot of comparisons to the masterpieces that are the 1995 & 2007 adaptations (the girls are divided about which Wentworth makes them swoon). But all-in-all the girls have a lot of fun nitpicking away at this adaptation.
P.S. Don't mind any descriptions by Audrey about Wentworth's "look" (Audrey was just a little too passionate). And Tinashe as always seems more forgiving than her co-host (Bless her kind heart!). Enjoy and check out Part 2!

In this episode, Audrey and Tinashe, discuss Dr Strange:Multiverse of Madness aka M.o.M. We debate whether Wanda is a villain or if she is just lashing out and making bad decisions in her grief. But fam, how is Captain Marvel being defeated so easily, we want to know. We ponder if Dr Strange plays second fiddle in his own movie. May you please overlook the less than confident claim made by Tinashe that Clea is Dormamu's daughter, she knows better now. Enjoy.

In this episode, Audrey & Tinashe, discuss the fifth book in the Harry Potter series. This is Capslock-Harry season: angry, seething and jump-at-your-throat, Harry. In part one we explore the intricacies of the Fidelius charm and ponder the importance of picking the right people to be the secret keeper...no shade intended. And are we suprised by Percy betraying and abandoning his family for his career? Hermione's intuitive understanding of magic, intellect and just plain common sense (coz Harry needs to find his) shine in this book. Lastly, Tinashe is humbled into admitting she likes Ginny, the book version at least.
