She recently graduated with her Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology with a Sports Nutrition emphasis from Florida State University, working under Dr. Michael Ormsbee. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
