That’s what makes a city 'special.’ Hosted by Minya Oh, a.k.a. “Miss Info,” we’re checking out six American cities to find out what gives them their unique flavor. In each episode, we’ll be guided by a local restaurateur, culminating with the special — a dish that is the manifestation of the city on a plate.
