Perseverance is the spark that ignites the flame of success. As the renowned saying goes, "That you couldn't open the door didn't mean that it was locked, or it was the wrong door. Some doors just need a push... a long, hard push." The question is, how many times have you pushed? Why are you pushing? What are you pushing for? The answer lies within your purpose, your "why." When your reason for pushing is stronger than the obstacles, you'll unleash unstoppable determination.
As Dr. Johnn Maxwell hints, "No matter how talented people are, there is no success without perseverance!" Talent alone won't carry you through; it's the persistence that separates achievers from the rest. When you connect with your purpose, every push forward becomes a step closer to triumph. Don't let setbacks discourage you. Instead, draw strength from your "why" and push forward with resilience. Perseverance is the bridge between potential and reality. Cross it, and you'll discover that success is not just a destination but a testament to your unyielding spirit.
Persevere today 🤝!

Few days ago, I read a post shared by Chukwudi Iwuchukwu about the Nigerian billionaire and UBA chairman, Mr. Tony Elumelu and his first daughter, Oge.
Chukwudi mentioned in the post that during an interaction Mr. Tony Elumelu had with Dr. Reuben Abati of Arise TV, he shared that his first daughter will take over his business empire. And he has been deliberate about preparing her for the weight of responsibility.
Have you seen how this relates with our MBMT theme for the month of June - Building Great Legacies in Business? Well, well, well, I wish Mr. Elumelu can have this conversation with us.
However, while waiting for that dream to come true, we will be hosting another business mogul who has distinguished himself in the business ecosystem, right here in the city of Calabar - Dr. Iyke Henry Ukweh, Group Managing Director at Arubah Specialist Hospital.
We have the questions ready and I am confident he will bring the answers to the table.

Crisis does not come to destroy us; it comes to prepare us for what lies ahead. How we respond or react in seasons of crisis is what determines the overall outcomes.
