As I've been thinking about the intersection of SPACE and Creativity lately, my personal life is being rocked with mental illness. In this episode, I share about the struggles my family has had and is currently enduring with my mom's disintegrating mental health.  I explore the ways SPACE has been woven into my journey with my mom's bipolar diagnosis and the way I am using it now to protect both my family and my own well-being.  I invite you into the hard part of my life because I believe shining a light on the dark only creates more light. Ohhhhh this one gave me chills as I sat down to record! In this episode, I share all the juicy details that I've dreamed up for Camp Coco, our forthcoming A-frame cabin we are planning to build here in the Lakes Region of Maine. Oh baby! Last episode of the season and it's a super juicy SPARK SESSION. I've have a vision of being a short term rental host and designing a gorgeous little A-frame since moving up here to Maine. I even built one out of Lego and made a felt CAMP sign to continue to play in the joyfulness of this idea.  Serving as a time-stamped place holder, this episode captures my excitement at the very real possibility of moving this vision into reality. A listing just popped onto the market two days before recording and I am swimming in delicious, white-hot inspiration. Is this the beginning of a new creative endeavor?
