I believe you don’t have to put spirituality, growth or healing in a box to collect dust, it gets to be in the moments and the places between picking up your kids or whatever it is for you. I’m going to be your own personal guide on this journey of growth, healing and expansion and together you and I can sit on my virtual couch every week for deep conversations about things like how the patriarchy serves no one, embracing your feminine energy, and what it’s like to actually break generational trauma cycles so you can know yourself deeply, shed your old self and move into a new paradigm.
