We're a fear driven society. We fear change, illness, embarrassment, being left out, and so many things on a daily basis. Many times we don't even understand the true fear that's controlling us every single day.
Our fears are led by our thoughts. The average human has 70,000 - 80,000 thoughts each day. Many of those thoughts drive us into states of fear, panic, anxiety, and depression.
