I invite Susan Chen to talk about the 'tug of war' when it comes to different managing different mentalities. we will hear her upbringing story as an Asian growing up in the west and experiencing somewhat of a similar situation to me - we both grew up in a fairly white suburbs in Sydney and went to a fairly white high school (nothing bad, but that is the truth). However, what's unique about Susan's story is that she wasn't exposed to the whole asian culture as much as I have growing up. How did she manage this situation? Tune in.
