Church Hill Activities & Tutoring (CHAT) began in the Church Hill home of Percy and Angie Strickland after they opened their hearts and doors to students for fellowship and food. CHAT has continued to grow into a full-time school while adding small businesses to supplement income. CHAT is a truly remarkable enterprise that is combining all the strengths of non-profit with for-profit to the benefit of the Church Hill community.
