Your host, Trish is an earthy, quirky, spiritual virgo fumbling through life’s divine plan. The SMUDGE is space on the radio-wave where I talk about some of my own personal struggles, and how they’ve taught me strength. These trying-moments allow me to share my experience to help guide others struggling with similar wounds, and just day to day stress of this wild world. With this in mind it’s so important to stay grounded while you heal through self discovery, and I’m happy to share ways to do that.
