In this episode we spoke to Sara Crookdake & Kieran McMahon from Disability Stockport, a charity and campaigning organisation which offers a wide range of services that support people with disabilities. We spoke about media portrayals of people with disabilities, why we need to communicate to help break stigmas and taboos around the subject of disabilities, and the commendable way the organisation reacted and adapted their services in the wake of the pandemic.
