The Six-Pack Podcast
The Six-Pack Podcast is a show where two best friends sit down, drink a six pack (hence the name, get it?) and then try to break down and educate the listener on some beers that they may not have originally thought about trying! Our goal is to help you, the listener, feel more confident when walking into the beer aisle at your local liquor store. We also hope to do this in a fun, light-earted way and try to erase the stigma that craft beer drinkers and culture are for snobby hipsters! On this site, you will see the original episode recorded on an iPhone and that we used to have on iTunes. If you like what you hear, we have recorded a new episode and have it posted in beautiful HD, 1080i on our YouTube channel (The Six-Pack Podcast). Check us out, throw us some likes and feel free to troll us on Twitter (@the6packpodcast)! Thanks! #t6pp
A Shandy Bit of Advice
Originally recorded 6-10-14With the start of summer, we decided to try out the hip new thing and review some shandy!  This was a fun episode to do, because 1) I love lemon and grapefruit flavors and 2) some of these were super low ABV.  Overall, this wasn't the best episode we put out, but it wasn't our worst. It was also the last episode to appear on iTunes before we took a shot at doing this as a YouTube show.

It's A Longshot
Originally recorded 5-27-14In a short episode, we reviewed the Sam Adams Longshot Competition six pack!  This episode was definitely a return to form for us as we broke down what we were tasting and came off more scholarly than we did in the last episode.  This was one of our better days and hopefully we can put out more material that follows in this one's footsteps!

Spring is Over-rated
Originally recorded 3-26-14*Sigh*  Not too pumped to put this episode back out for public consumption.  In this episode, we sampled some spring seasonal releases.  Unfortunately, we were not too thrilled with what we had for review and this ended up coming off as more of a "slam" episode and less of a breakdown of the beers we had.  Really disappointed in this one...

Stout Patrick's Day
Originally recorded 3-10-14In our third, and in my opinion, best early episode, we got our Irish on and tried some Irish-style stouts.  This episode ran pretty smooth and I think showcased that we could sit down and for some intelligent thoughts while working through a six pack!  Really cant wait til we do a new version of this one!

The Pale Drinkers
Originally recorded 2-21-14In the second episode we tackled IPA's!  This episode ran a little more smoothly, but still had some pauses and dead air.  However, we did manage to do a bit more show prep and I feel we showed some growth and a bit of promise...

The Pilot Episode
Originally recorded 2-9-14This was our first recording of this show.  You can tell that this was a very off-the-cuff product.  The hosts had only discussed the idea once before and ended up having a casual six pack during a blizzard.Things eventually got a bit better...
