"On the north-east tip of North America, on an island called Newfoundland, there's an airport. It used to be one of the biggest airports in the world, and next to it is a town called Gander." On September 11, 2001, 38 planes were forced to land at Gander International Airport, immediately following the terrorist attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. After being stuck in the airplanes for over 28 hours, 7,000 passengers were deplaned and housed in various community centers and schools in the small town of Gander, known as Operation Yellow Ribbon. Both a critical and box office success, COME FROM AWAY tells the real-life stories of these passengers, their time in Gander, and how their lives were changed forever.

"An era exploding, a century spinning in riches and rags, and in rhythm and rhyme..." Winner of 4 Tony Award for its original Broadway production, Ragtime is an all-American musical that tells the stories of Coalhouse Walker Jr., an African-American musician from Harlem, Tateh, a poor immigrant from Latvia, and Mother, a white matriarch of an upperclass family from New Rochelle, NY. It is the turn of the century, and every American is in pursuit of their idea of the American Dream and do whatever it takes to get it. With heartache, pain, and loss, Ragtime exposes the racial prejudice, economic injustice, and systemic sexism that weigh heavily on its characters and continually prevent them from obtaining their ideas of "sexism."
