Happy New Year Ya'll! Do you know what intention setting is? Do you set intentions? Have you set your intentions for the 2021? Today I discuss my experience in setting intentions right before a life altering trip through Southern Africa. I was blessed to visit South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana in 2017 over an 8 week period, and I believe it was as powerful, impactful and transformational as it was because I set intentions. I really did come to learn and experience the world based on the intentions I set before hand. So let's talk about my shifts from intention setting!
