On this episode, I discuss some shifts around "trust" that I experienced while solo road tripping from Inglewood to Seattle. In my efforts to have a spontaneous adventure, there were definitely some hiccups. I had many opportunities to pause, search for answers within, and embrace the possibilities that would unfold. Being in so many positions where I got to make, even simple decisions, really helped deepen my ability to trust myself.
