Suzanne LaGrande speaks with intuitive and guide Mark Mezadourian who specializes in helping people connect to Archangels and Ascended Masters. Mark discusses how we are hardwired for intuition and how he makes spirituality simple, practical and repeatable, not woo-woo.

During the pandemic Mark has been offering free meditations -- what he calls "held spaces," where people can go to be with community, receive spiritual support and develop their intuitive abilities. He believes that "intuition is a muscle that strengthens with use."

Mark discusses the four types of intuition and how with practice it is possible to get out of way and get direct communication and guidance from Angels, Ascended Masters, Goddesses, as well as artists.

He also talks about what it means to be our conscious adult self who is able to make informed choices that promote peace, and a world where everyone is included and everyone matters.
