Gayatri
Season Three of the Self Love Line: Practice chanting Sanskrit mantras with a guide, Jocelyn Fee Miller. Learn the basics of Japa mantra + move your way through seven healing and empowering practices - each built to span 40 days Om Bhur Bhuvah swaha, Om Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi, Dhiyo Yo Nah Pracho Dayateh Om Om(Aum) Bhu Bhuva Swaha Welcome back to Sanskrit Mantras with Jocelyn fee Miller, I’m Noah Le Beau. Today we will be practicing our last mantra, the Gayatri Mantra. The Chakra designation for this mantra is the: Sahasrara or crown chakra With the Gayatri Mantra we call in Divine Light from the 3 regions of experience: Bhuh: Earth/Past/Morning/Tamas/Gross Bhuvah: Atmosphere/Present/Noon/Rajas/Subtle Swaha: Beyond Atmosphere/Future/Evening/Sattva/Causal We call upon this Maha or Great Mantra to shine a light on any darkness, to drive darkness from our minds, body, and spirit. It is a practice of deep gratitude, an awakening of our true intelligence. This mantra accompanies any spiritual endeavor, for which one must have devotion, discipline, and pure intention. Through our crown chakra, we open to the possibility of Divine Intervention, allowing the light of Creation and Creator to shine into and from within this channel. This offers us the opportunity to know we are All One. Practice this mantra to offer deep gratitude, praise, and devotion to your spiritual life, and for your Divine guidance. The mantra is the longest that we have attempted, so let us practice it in stages before we begin. You can also see the mantra as it is written in this episode’s notes… The first part of the mantra is Om Bhur Bhuvah swaha, Om Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi, Dhiyo Yo Nah Pracho Dayateh Om Om(Aum) Bhu Bhuva Swaha Deep love ❤️ for collaborators: Mantra Description: Emily McConnell, Production / Host: Noah Le Beau Recording Studio: Michael De La Torre Find more from us @panacea.holistic.institute @morning.intentions.radio @klbpfm  @jocelynfeemiller @micdangerously @sacredrootholistichealing --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/theselfloveline/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/theselfloveline/support

Om Mani Padme Hum
Season Three of the Self Love Line: Practice chanting Sanskrit mantras with a guide, Jocelyn Fee Miller. Learn the basics of Japa mantra + move your way through seven healing and empowering practices - each built to span 40 days. Om Mani Padme Hum Chakra designation: Manipura Mudra: Surya Mudra Om purifies Pride/Ego Ma purifies Jealousy/Lust for Fleeting Pleasure Ni purifies Passion/Desire Pad purifies Ignorance/Prejudice Me purifies Greed/Possessiveness Hum purifies Aggression/Hatred There are many interpretations of this ancient and powerful mantra. His Holiness, the Dalai Lama says that this mantra has the power to “transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure body, speech, and mind of a Buddha.” With pure intention, it is a way to ignite your personal transformation while keeping focused on the Divine Light within. Each sound within these six syllables can be appreciated as individual sound currents that connect to specific conditions of the human experience. Repetition of individual sounds will focus on that particular condition, dissolving and transforming it. Manipura is our chakra governing metabolism and digestion, a truly transformative energy center. We can connect with the elements of fire through our own physical digestion of food, and also the burning and transforming of unwanted patterns in our lives. Sanskrit Mantra: Om Gum Ganapataye Namaha/Swaha
Season Three of the Self Love Line: Practice chanting Sanskrit mantras with a guide, Jocelyn Fee Miller. Learn the basics of Japa mantra + move your way through seven healing and empowering practices - each built to span 40 days.. Mantra 3: Om Gum Ganapataye Namaha / Swaha Chakra designation: Muladhara Mudra: Ganesh Mudra A naming mantra, calling in the energy of Ganesh, the remover of all obstacles in the physical and spiritual realms. Ga sound, resonates close to the energy of earth and creates a grounding connection with the earthly plane, where our bodies ultimately house our consciousness. Repetitive ga sounds remind us we are rooted Althernating the use of Namaha and Swaha ending the mantra gives a shift in its energetic experience. Namaha means bowing to the energy contained in the mantra, naming the energy of Ganesh as one might offer a salutation, a deep bow, a surrendering of the self. It is said that it is better with manifesting at the physical realm. Swaha means oblation or offering, containing a feeling between readiness and urgency, an immediate activation of Ganesh energy summoning the great power from within. Swaha is more spiritually, rather than physically aligned. A wonderful mantra for beginning new projects, clearing the way for creative expression, and manifesting a clear path towards your intention. I often use this mantra before I teach yoga, to ground and focus my energy, and with the intention of clarity through my body-mind and speech.
