Cannot thank Bruce enough for his work. How can it be I’ve been married to a DA for 13 years and never understood why things are like this. He helped me gain back my sanity and my self worth.

Stumbled on this podcast and boy boy it’s excellent!

The stereotype is if there is an anxiously attached person in a relationship it’s the female, and if there’s an avoidant in the relationship it’s the male. However quite often the opposite is true. Bruce pulls back the curtain on this often overlooked and under recognized pairing of the anxious husband and the avoidant wife. There are not a ton of resources out there taking a hard look at this specific pairing. Bruce does a great job of putting out very digestible content with great advice, guidance and suggestions to help men grow as a person and in turn, in most cases, create a better marriage in the process. Yes fellow anxious husbands, you have to do the work, but he does a great job of giving you the tools. If this pairing is something you find yourself a part of, give this podcast a listen. You won’t regret it!

Episode after episode Bruce says things like he peered into my soul and knew exactly what my issues were and put words to my feelings that I didn’t know how to express, let alone fix. His words are spot on! I’ve sought counseling and books and podcasts and nothing hit the nail on the head like this. I am super thankful for the emotional knowledge I gain through listening to these. And the best part, I can save them and relisten to these messages I need to hear more than once.

I’m interested in what is being said. The information seems solid and accurate. I’m tired or being tired and wrestling with the same old issues without progress. It would seem at my age I would have this all figured out..but no. I look forward to worn this. Thanks
