If leaders used their best judgement to praise and inspire their employees weaknesses, I think it would produce better sales results. I talk about the affects of using praise and empathy to inspire and grow your sales team and working with your employees weaknesses to encourage growth and change in those areas. Have personal conversations and find out what it is that might be holding them back. Also consider their astrological personality traits and what drives them, motivates them, inspires them, gives them security and use that information to impact their growth and overall sales growth instead of judging them based on yourselves or comparing them based on other employees.
