While in Russia, I lived in Sochi (home of the 2014 Winter Games) for almost 4 years, where I founded the successful events firm- Destination Sochi.  Destination Sochi provided services to Olympic broadcasters, sponsors and partners in the 2 year period before and during the 2014 Winter Games.  It was the largest and most successful of the firms to do so.  Later, I opened Destination Rio in Brazil and provided the same services to companies there.
