Mike left Nashville and started providing training and consulting for organizations such as U.S. Department of Justice- Violence Against Women Office, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Homeland Security and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Today, Mike is the CEO of Safe Hiring Solutions which is a violence prevention, background screening, visitor management and threat assessment organization with more than 7,000 clients that include schools, churches, volunteer organizations and corporations.
