So Grateful
This podcast and Russell Moore’s voice has been a light in the darkness and a steam in the desert. I turn here frequently and am restored and invigorated by the conversations and thoughtful questions that are considered. Thank you!

Always Informative
I am a pastor with over 3 decades of ministry experience. Seldom do I listen to an episode that is not informative, balanced, and helpful in thinking through issues. Thank you!

Charlie Dates Interview
I am a consistent listener and fan of the Podcast. I appreciate the topic but I needed more specificity on the “problems” within the church you all referred to. Were you speaking of just the evangelical church or white church- it wasn’t clear to me. If rebuke or criticism is to be constructive, for me ,it needs to very specific about the problems not just broad call outs of racism or injustice.Maybe I missed them but I did not hear that in the interview .

Too tidy redemption arc
Thank you for saying the obvious. Of course your character matters. As a non-conservative, but a whole-hearted Christian your messages are inspiring. Double-thanks for today’s episode.

A voice of sanity in a chaotic world
With all the tumultuous, Christian, anti-Christian, political, easy-answer rhetoric circulating throughout America, I find Russell Moore provides a space for thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. I don’t agree with all—but that’s what America is supposed to be about.

Refreshing
Great Christian podcast! I appreciate Russell Moore’s thoughtful, Bible-based perspective that rises above politics and stays grounded in faith and scripture. I’m always excited when a new episode becomes available.

Thanks for your work
Faithful but flawed Roman Catholic here, I deeply appreciate your show. Every time I listen, I learn something new and grow in faith, sometimes even despite myself. The things that divide Christians are nothing compared to the one who unites us. Keep up the good work.

Love this show
Episcopalian here. It’s wonderful to hear a faith leader from a different Christian denomination approaching humanity with love, and exploring many viewpoints. Please keep up the good work!

Look forward to this podcast every week!
The theme music “Citizens” by John Guerra is so lovely. I look forward to this podcast every single week. My favorite episodes are when Beth Moore or Lecrae Moore are interviewed .

More like Tony!
Loved your discussion with Tony Hale. Great questions and lots for me to consider in regard to how to talk and listen when discussing faith journeys. Keep inviting these type of guests! Would love to hear from Leigh-Allyn Baker, Patricia Heaton, others…

Football
Loved today’s interview with Chuck Klosterman about football in our culture. There is definitely more to it than I had considered. Regarding the show’s current theme music, adopting it (with the artist’s permission) was a great move! I love it!

Wonderful!
I love The Russell Moore Show! It’s a breath of fresh air. He interviews knowledgeable guests who have helpful insights for people endeavoring to follow Jesus and for those who are curious. Best of all, Moore keeps his perspective Biblical, steering clear of ideologies that have increasingly distorted the image and practice of Christianity, especially in American society. He also models Christlike engagement with people who have other views. I wholeheartedly recommend this podcast!

God, thank you for this man!! I’m starting if feel like there are “Christians” who are filled with Spirit, and those who are not. This man is! Thank you for your wisdom, insight and kindness in talking about difficult things. What a breath of fresh air and inspiration. We are so blessed to have Russell Moore!

If I can construct a categorically moral objection to something new, then I don’t have to learn how to use it or make complex decisions about using it for good or bad purposes, and hopefully I can frighten the people around me from using it.

Sanity Here!
Russell Moore is the voice of sanity in an upside down world. He was brave and stood firm when many went the other way in the SBC, and thanks to him and Christianity Today I’ve found weekly news and issues discussed through a Christian objective lens. Thank you so much Russell!

No Matter the Guest, Russell Moore Leads a Wonderful Discussion
I don’t know Russell, but after a few years of listening to The Russell Moore Show, I feel I do. He has an eclectic mind that can have meaningful discussions with it seems almost anyone—and do it with intelligence, humility, joy, optimism, curiosity. I never feel that I am listening to Russell reading a canned list of questions written by a show producer. Instead, I feel I am sitting in his living room, privileged to listen in each week on another faith-filled, fascinating discussion on issues in the world as well as problems or struggles in the Church and among us as believers. I am thankful beyond words for the wisdom and just plain good conversation that I listen to each week when I play The Russell Moore Show. I can’t recommend this podcast more highly!

Gospel Humility
Dr. Moore does an incredible job never straying from the gospel while also intentionally stepping outside of the evangelical echo chamber. He’s purposeful in choosing his guests and thoughtful in his questions. I listen to this show each Friday when I cut my grass and complete my yard work.

One of my go-to podcasts when
How I appreciate this Show. Sure I May not agree with every signal word; though I do often just because I believe in Jesus living. But this is where I go when I am worried ; off track or tired of listening to the news in bites. Being a woman of a certain elderly age; I had to laugh when I saw who young he was but thankfully wisdom is given to young people.

Interview with mark Vroegop
Very interesting interview! It was great to hear what Mark Vroegop had to say and I hope he carries the mantle for the Gospel Coalition well! I knew Mark “way back” (think:youth group) and it is really wonderful to see where his faith journey has taken him. Thanks for all the good work you do. Love listening to the breadth of people you interview on this podcast.

Interesting and insightful!
I have tremendous respect for Russell Moore for so many reasons. His podcast is just as intelligent, insightful, and respectful as one would expect who knows anything of Russell Moore. His opinions always seem to be Biblically-based, and not just in a “take my word for it” kind of way but a way he backs up with scripture. I only wish he was in the forefront more of Christianity these days in the public sphere because his reason and biblically backed principle is exactly what we need right now. Excellent and interesting guests always as well!

“Humanity’s Universal Addictions”
Excellent podcast. I just pre-ordered “The Fix”! I already own Cron’s book “The Road Back to You” and it is great. My UMC women’s group did a book study on it. Your podcasts have been outstanding lately Dr. Moore.

MiKe Pence interview
I admire the work you and David French do and have become a regular follwer of your podcast. However, your interview with Mike Pence was a great disappointment. I fully appreciate your practice of civility in your discussions, but please do not simply backslap a guest just because he was/is an old friend. Mr.Moore, you ask good questions. These deserve answers. Mr. Pence rarely answered them. The questions I would have liked to have heard are: 1. Should President Trump offer you a return to the Vice Presidency, would you accept the offer? 2, Based on your responses in this interview I expect you to answer Yes. Please inform me why and how that makes any sense. Mr.Pence, if, in fact you believe (as I do), that President Biden was dishonest, self serving and governed only by personal pride, but you were serving as a loyal warrior for the man standing in front of you as you meekly defended all his UN-Christlike pronouncements and decisions, then….Then, perhaps you might consider taking a long look into a mirror and then re reading any one of the four gospels to examine the true meaning of loyalty to Jesus. respectfully, Bruce Enns

Great show today
The interview with Rich Villodas was encouraging and inspiring. I will not only get the book but start a sermon series on the Sermon on the Mount. Thank to both of you for your wisdom.

Time well spent
I love the variety of your guests and the civility of your discussions. It is my hope that more Christians will follow your example of humility, listening to different points of view without being judgmental.

Warning
For all sensitive men who have had their man card revoked and call it “Christianity”. Go back to God’s Word…dig deep. Moore is a disappointment- a whiny disappointment. Prayers needed to be restored and hear from the Lord!

False Teacher Alert
Russel Moore is a vessel for the Nephilim Agenda. He is a false teacher. Truly a wolf is sheep’s clothing.

Why the silence on the issue of abuse in the church?
In the episode on prediction of the future Church, I’m curious as to why spiritual abuse and the sexual abuse cover-up was never mentioned as an issue in waning church attendance. Broken trust between leadership and congregants weakens a congregants loyalty, knowing that when they need help the most they’ll be betrayed and abandoned, or attacked as a threat. When church leaders care more about protecting themselves and their system than they do about protecting those in their care, it gives people nowhere else to go. When the church becomes a country club, it loses its appeal for those who have suffered trauma.

Love the show, hate the intro music
Russell is a generous, gracious host who asks his guests thoughtful and insightful questions. His yes are generally interesting and thoughtful people as well. Now, if we could only get rid of that intro music. To me it seems to go on for an eternity.

My Yet-To-Read List Keeps Growing
I have yet to come across a book via this podcast that I haven’t read but want to after listening to his dialogue with authors. Very much appreciate not only the guests and their perspectives, but also the way Dr. Moore models how to converse charitably with someone who he disagrees with on small and big things.

Appreciate the perspective
I don’t always agree with Russell but I appreciate his heart and viewpoints and willingness to see things from a different perspective. He has paid professionally and personally for what he believes and yet doesn’t back away for personal benefit. His latest book is also worth the read!

Living in a christian utopia!
This guy doesn’t seem to live in reality women are looking at porn and are masturbating as well . It like he is set in the 70’s and the fact he thinks kids d do better a church setting then not isn’t true at all I have seen kid from my youth group grow up to be heathens because of there own decisions .

Truth and Faithfulness
Russell Moore has been such a steady and faithful man of God through so many ups and downs. The wisdom he shares through his books and podcasts has blessed me immeasurably, and despite being treated horrifically by many in the church, he has been a constant loving and calm presence. He is a genuine example of what it looks like to live out the Fruits of the Spirit. I’m so very thankful for his faithfulness.

Moore is terrific for our times!
This is a terrific podcast for everyone but especially those of us who see troubling trends in our churches & politics. His logic is biblical & with common sense. He has been consistent for years which makes him even more trustworthy. Thanks for this interesting, timely podcast.
