Tonight we discuss the death of Wes Craven and some hi-lites of his work but that leads us down the rabbit hole of why we both like and dislike watching horror movies. We discuss childhood experiences that may have contributed to some reasons why we are afraid of the dark. The idea of the Rapture comes up because I watched the awesome movie Wyrmwood their take on the zombie genre and what a great job they did with the story and of course the discussion turns to the fight between athiests and catholics. This week we start off with the goal to solve the illegal immigration problem which gets us to the Washington Post article about Amy Schumer which I was alerted to by 1 of my favorite TV personalities Mr. Michael Ian Black. We discuss may of Michael's many projects including his Book "you're not doing it right" and his very funny podcast "Mike and Tom eat Snacks" available on soundcloud.
Our next topic is my adventure to the Discovery Times Square for the Hunger Games Exhibition opening party. We come to the conclusion that earth was just a movie set location for the ancient aliens, which of course means that they killed off the dinosaurs.
Skipping past a few other topics, the very lovely @sarahmcpants calls in for another #Mcpantsadventure and tells us her first experience with "the Pot".
