Hurricane Ian is expected to make landfall in Cuba today on it's way to the western coast of Florida. A swastika wearing gunman has killed 13 and wounded 21 in a Russian school. Russia used a drone attack to hit Ukraine over the weekend & the United States has vowed that there will be consequences if Russia uses nuclear weapons in their war against Ukraine. The last time the United States warned of consequences to Russia it was if Russia invaded Ukraine. After they did, the United States sanctioned Russia and Russian officials and sent a strongly worded message. Vice President Kamala Harris is visiting Japan today to discuss Taiwan's security situation. Amazon's next Prime Day sale will be October 11th through the 12th. and in Sports...The NFL has officially ended the Pro Bowl & will instead have skills competitions. They also passed a bill that allows people who combined their student loans with their spouse to split the debt, that way they can individually get loan forgiveness. In an emotional UN Speech, Ukraine President Zalinsky calls on the world to punish Russia for the war. United Nations countries are still hesitant to be directly involved or to expel Russia from the UN. Hurricane Fiona is now a Category 4 Hurricane as it heads towards Bermuda...and in sports. The Utah Jazz are trading Bojan Bogdanovic to the Pistons, and the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Cleveland Browns in Thursday Night Football tonight on Amazon Prime Video.

Migrants flown to Martha's Vinyard have filed a class action lawsuit against Governor DeSantis of Florida saying that they were coerced. DeSantis responds to the lawsuit by calling it political theater. NY Attorney General Latitia James rejected a settlement offer from the Trump Organization & is expected to make a major announcement sometime today. James has been investigation the Trump Organization for tax fraud. The Washington Monument has been vandalized with profanity in red paint. A man is in custody. The FDA is warning Tik Tok users to not follow the latest Tik Tok Challenge...sleepy chicken is where users are cooking chicken in NyQuil & eating it. Hurricane Fiona is now the first major hurricane of the season as it leaves Puerto Rico in the dark and heads towards the Bahamas. A 7.9 earthquake hit Mexico yesterday. It's the 3rd earthquake to hit on September 19th since 1985. Ukraine is accusing Russia of nuclear terrorism as a 2nd nuclear plant is threatened by rockets. After the "Serial" podcast highlighted the Adnan Syed case, a judge has now overturned his 1999 muder conviction & ordered his release from prison. Liz Cheney has introduced an Electoral Vote Bill to avoid a repeat of January 6th. US homebuilder sentiment has dropped for the 9th straight month. Gas prices have fallen for the 3rd straight month. In a 60 minutes interview, President Biden states that he has not made a decision about running for re-election. Biden also announced that the pandemic is over. In the Monday Night Football doubleheader, the Titans got routed by the Buffalo Bills 41 to 7 after Ryan Tannehill threw 3 interceptions. By the 3rd quarter both teams had their backups in. In the 2nd game, the Eagles dominated the Vikings 24 to 7. After Sunday's game between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Arizona Cardinals, a Raiders fan was seen on video slapping quarterback Kyler Murray. Police are now investigating the situation.
