My high school days were a time of musical challenges and nurturing. This story exemplifies how an artist begins to create, and how that artist can be supported and nudged in the right direction. The story is also a tribute to one of the most amazing musicians and women I have ever had the honor to meet in this life. RIP Ms. Greene.

I’m excited to announce that I will be creating a podcast. This “cast” will consist of stories from my collection of stories entitled “This Week Nothing,” as well as a continuation of my adventures in the “business of music“ as I prepare to trudge the road of happy musical destiny with my brothers and sisters in arms collectively known as the “Rough Cuts.” Suffice to say that I will be broadcasting from all over the United States, chiming in on Incidents and accidents from the “roads less traveled,” as well as takes on Music, philosophy, and life in the world.
