At RCS we are grateful for the opportunity to meet the needs of our students. In ensuring that they have a world class education, there are certain aspects of our programming that we knew needed an upgrade. One of those areas was our social work team. It is with that growth mindset that we made the decision to invest in the mental health and development of our students. In this episode, the RCS Social Work team talks candidly about Social Work; the stigmas, and the joy of the work.
