In the testimony of Jesus Christ revealed by Apostle John show us there is a judgement against a great city that has great influence in the world.  Inside this city is a lot of wickedness.  So much so that God calls His people out of the city.

Revelations 17, continues with the judgement of God against the nations who join the beast.  The most poignant verse in this chapter is, "And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.  It is the exact mirror of the this verse, Ephesians 1:4, "just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to the adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will. How awesome is God!  To have chosen us!  It make the worth of Jesus blood shed for us even more glorious.  Knowing that God has given us such grace to to predestined in Jesus Christ to Himself.  

Revelations 16 gives us a complete and detailed picture of what the true wrath of God will look like when he releases His Bowls of Wrath.  It is important that we understand and know that only those who do not accept the mark of the beast or His name; only those who receive and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; only those whose names are written in the Book of Life will be spared from this wrath.

In Revelations 15, the testimony of Jesus Christ reveals the Bowls of God's Wrath is given to 7 angels ..... This is the completion of God's "true" judgement in the earth.

In Revelation 12, we hear the prophecy of the testimony of Jesus of a time passed, a time present, and a time to come!  It speaks that in spite of the destruction intent of Satan, we are assured of victory by the blood of Jesus and the word of our testimony!  Be encouraged, no matter what you go through in this world, there is a resting place in God and victory in Jesus through His blood.

In Chapter 11 of Revelations there is the second woe and seventh trumpet.  Listen to the prophecy of God of two witnesses whose purpose was to prophecy, be killed, and be resurrected before their enemies.  We often see in the glory of God the same three conditions:  obedience, submission, and resurrection. Revelation 1:3 NKJV - Blessed is he who reads and those ... Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.

Reading Revelations 3:14-22 The Testimony of Church gives warning to us about being lukewarm: state of the Laodicean church, which afforded no refreshment to the Lord, such as is ministered naturally by either cold or hot water. Revelations 3:16. Yet, Jesus in this testimony of himself as the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, counsels the church to buy of him gold.  Listen to how God turns a dead thing into a rich, righteous and glorious work through repentance.
