New sound effect
Great pod cast. Your new, very loud sound effect is terrible.

Retirement Mindfulness
Rocking retirement requires thought and some hard decisions. Joe covers all the facets you didn’t even know you needed to consider. Don’t be afraid to set your path, don’t be afraid to change it and make sure you listen to the Retirement Wisdom Podcast along the way.

Diverse of thought
So many subjects that are outside of the conventional thought process of retirement really make this podcast a necessity in my search of knowledge in retirement planning. Some other podcasts that focus on the life side of retirement focus on you mentality. Although this podcast touches this subject, I find the balance of the subjects a bit more practical in application and has more of a focus towards understanding how things work. Great podcast.

Best all around podcasts about retirement
I stumbled onto this wonderful presentation that mixes lifestyle planning and issues with financial issues, wellness issues, and the full gamut of retirement topics that could interest a future or current retiree. So much to learn, consider and explore! I especially like the recap of a few standout items the guest mentioned at the conclusion of each program. I’ve sent the link to a friend who may be on the retirement track in a couple of years. Great insights from the host and the guests.

Tutto Interesante
Just listened to Peter Guzzardi, nine emeralds from Wizard of Oz.; It was so enjoyable and interesting. The host always makes the program as interesting as the guest. I really appreciate this retirement podcast. I’m semi retired attempting to live my best life each day. Thanks for what you do.

Must listen for soon to be retirees
Joe is a very likeable, laid back host who recognizes what his listeners want to hear. He is a voracious reader which enables him to seek out interesting guests to interview and learn from on the show. This is my favorite podcast which explores the non-financial aspects of retirement.

Too Many Male Guests - Lacks Diversity
One suggestion I would offer is have more diversity in your guests. It gets boring listening to predominantly white men.

Really insightful
Very much enjoying this. None of the typical trappings of Podcasts (no hard sell, hosts don’t feel they have to be funny, no crazy soundtracks and noises). Just straight forward questions and good info. Great guests with amazing bios. I love that the hosts wrap up the show with their takeaways and put all good info in the show notes. Well done!

A podcast for retirees looking to continue to grow
I’m enjoying this podcast. Read about it in the WSJ. It doesn’t talk down to you, is honest, not a hard sell, and focuses on topics that transcend financial - very important because emotional and mental well being are just as important. Retirees have a lot to offer society and this podcast shines a spotlight on those possibilities. Well done.

Hoping other episodes are better
sorry, but the one on ‘The anti-retirement movement’ was very shallow, unhelpful and cliché-ridden. it was essentially a parody of what super -successful people discover when they stop working (spoiler alert!): Family, Travel, and Making desserts out of your field of lemon trees. The words “budget “, finances “, and “cost “are never mentioned. after a nod to serving on some boards of charitable organizations, they get to what their retirement is really about: making oneself your first priority and ‘ investing in yourself “. I wish this couple well, but their plan is not one that I desire in the least. The softball questions from the unskeptical interviewer facilitated these impressions.

More Than Finances!
Tons of books and articles and blogs and podcasts focus on the financial aspects of retirement Joe Casey and his guests do a great job of fleshing out all the OTHER important aspects of retirement. Great stuff!

Recommend to many friends and clients
I stumbled upon this podcast after hearing Joe Casey on a webinar. I find his style of conversation, questions, guests and content all fabulous. As a personal financial advisor, I can help clients with the money side of retirement but TRWP addresses the social, emotional and encore side of this transition. The guests are among the best I’ve heard on any podcast.

If you only listen to one retirement podcast, make this it
If you’re eager to get wise about retirement, you’ve come to the right place. Not only are cohosts Joe Casey and Denis Wuestman knowledgeable guides/coaches, they are excellent interviewers who put their guests center stage and give them ample time to share their wisdom. Guests include authors, speakers and other thought leaders who are shaping the way we live and work in our 50s and beyond. You’ll not only get practical advice and actionable tips, you’ll enjoy real-life stories from individuals who are making the most of their lives. I’ve listened to every episode and am much better prepared for retirement as a result. I bet you will be, too!

Excellent!
This podcast has so much more to offer than just retirement wisdom! The hosts and their guests give so much wonderful life advice applicable to many generations. That being said, anyone can and should plan for retirement, no matter what age.
