This episode was so rad I just uploaded it immediately after we got done recording. No editing needed, just needed to be available for the world to hear. Really relevant and felt right during all this going on with COVID19. Alexa was herself, vulnerable, and a fun guest to have on. We went all over the place covering the world records she might break at her upcoming powerlifting meet to what it was like dating to her mindset and attitude after hitting rock bottom a couple years ago. She even drops some communication advice for dating. College in Hawaii.. living in middle of nowheresville Michigan and New Hampshire.. Crossfit to weightlifting to powerlifting.. to laughing at yourself being a super power, and beyond. You'll want to tune into this one.

Dave is one jacked dude.
He's even smarter and nicer than I knew before, I learned more about him in the HOUR I talked to him on this podcast than the 3 months of training with him in a gym. We could've went on for 4 more hours. But I would've gotten hungry..
CPA, law enforcement, to personal training, listen to Dave's story and thoughts.

If you’re looking to get your podcast off the ground, but can’t meet up with your guests across the state, country, or globe to record your episodes, use Squadcast. Squadcast is an online podcast recording service. You can create individual rooms for each episode and record the guests audio separately. You can then mix them after the session.
It’s been affordable, really intuitive, and easy to use. The one time I did run into an issue, their support team helped me out right away and over-delivered.

In this episode I discuss my challenges in talking with, befriending, public humiliation, and being intimate with women.
What’s up everybody and welcome to my first solo episode. Still playing around and figuring out the frequency and format for these but I’m excited so let’s get right into it.
“Lady Troubles.”
Yep. That was one of my nicknames in high school.
Not the good kind of nick names (well, at least it was clever). It started because, as you could guess, I was weird and awkward and uncomfortably shy with women.
I forget to mention it in the episode but I literally use the name "DJ LadyTroublezzz" at bowling now to just laugh about it and own it.
Listen to the episode to find out more about my insecurities, vulnerabilities, and how I am starting to grow beyond my Lady Troubles.

Cassidy is part bartender, part cosmetology student, part trainer and nutritionist and 100% badass.
She shares her story and journey of living with a chronic condition called ulcerative colitis, or UC. It's relatively rare (200,000-500,000 between UC and Chron's disease) but she and others suspect more people have it and just aren't diagnosed.
Cassidy discusses how she has been living with the condition for the last 8 years and how her mindset and mentality has changed and developed during that time. Also some other 💩.

Mike is a grappler of humans and code, aka he is a purple belt in BJJ and a computer programmer.
Growing up in the Bay Area (and being my older brother) Mike always was kind, studious, and hardworking. He got his dream job after getting his Masters at Cal Poly (and interning at the company for the previous two summers) but had a hard time transitioning into a full-time professional work environment.
Listen to his story about how he overcame these challenges and more.
