The Rehab Room
Reese J.
Welcome to The Rehab Room w/Therese Johnson- a lifestyle podcast where we talk about real life, from the middle of the journey. Everybody is experiencing different seasons of life. In this room, I share my intimate thoughts and perspectives on how I am navigating my life journey. Why? Because it’s not always easy. I’m healing. I’m growing. I’m learning every day how to manage the middle. This is why I created this space. For women like me who just need to connect and relate to one another while we work through the middle pieces of life. Thank you for coming into The Rehab Room with me!

You are going to laugh (a lot) as well as take away a few gems that you can apply to your own marriage or future relationship. We talked about the importance of building a friendship first, laughing with each, and a whole lot more.

Super-Mom Recovery
Today's episode is for my fellow moms out there! If you have ever experienced mommy burnout or mom exhaustion, you're probably guilty of trying to be a super-mom. We're gonna talk about what it looks like to move away from the super-mom mentality and moving into becoming a "me-mom". This is probably my favorite one of the whole season! I am sharing with you all 3 of the biggest things I learned while navigating one of the hardest years of my life. It was a bumpy ride but I can say- I made it by the grace of God. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Please be sure to give this podcast a rating from whatever platform you are listening from. Dear Diary………..
What’s up Rehab Roommates!!!! Welcome to another chitchat with me. This episode is very different than my previous episodes. It’s exactly as the title says: It’s a dear diary segment! Today I turned on my mic and I shared what’s been going on with me personally and how I’m navigating this different season of my life. It’s very raw and transparent, and yes it’s a little emotional. But I felt so much better after I recorded this! Hopefully it will encourage you to take care of yourself in this season, because you are IMPORTANT! So enjoy this episode and I will see you again soon 😘💕
