Karen is the Project Director and Founder of SHE Scotland. Karen set up SHE Scotland after training as a life coach and having previous experience as an activist in her community and working for community education organisations. Karen has a vision to create a better world for females so she took the leap of faith and followed her passion. 

SHE Scotland supports young girls and women, not just in Edinburgh and Scotland, but around the world, to become more empowered and improve their life choices.
