As a graduate student It is exciting to hear real life stories of counselors who have been in the field and share the same fears as me. Often times I struggle with the confidence of leading others to be experts in their own lives. Hearing Ramya Avadhanam share the importance of letting perfectionism go, has motivated me to focus on improving myself rather than competing with others around me. Dr.Casares has an amazing ability of having guest speakers narrate their stories without it feeling like a Q&A session. I look forward to many more episodes

I was impressed by several points in the first episode. For example - good leaders are those who do good to others. Also, I really like the global perspective presented in both questions and answers.Dr.Casares’s voice sounds like professional broadcast host.
