Episode 5: Acknowledging our abandonment issues
This episode is a small guide to helping acknowledge our abandonment issues. I pretty much explain how sometimes we decide to suppress our unacknowledged issues within abandonment because sometimes we normalize our issues.  I explain some of my experiences dealing with being abandoned.  Give feedback, please! -Please be sure to rate the podcast 5 stars and share this to spread the word! -Check out my “Black lives matter” episode of “The Whispering of the Walls” podcast ❤️. -My podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, Google Podcasts, Breaker, Overcast, Pocketcasts, RadioPublic, Anchor, and iHeartRadio. - Affirmation of the week; I am wealthy and money is constantly abundant in my life. -https://www.brownandbendy.com/affirmations https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLL99ETs610-oQfZPYWmxCezic1bTte60H Book: " Bad Childhood, Good Life" by Laura Schlessinger https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_E4RWFAfbNc https://www.healthline.com/health/mental-health/abandonment-issues https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/abandonment-issues#symptoms

Episode 4: Having the “Good hair” discussion
*Excuse the Microphone, technical difficulties :)* The episode is about my experience having 4 type natural hair. This episode also tells the story of many young black girls growing up hating their hair. Also, I did this to inspire others with my type of hair. This episode is to also educate others on the culture of having kinky hair and what it’s like in a world where it’s not embraced. I hope this helps everyone and educates others to have a new perspective on what it is to have “good hair”. - Affirmation of the week; I am immersed in abundance

Why positivity is the BETTER choice
This episode talks about being positive rather than choosing to be negative. I explain how sometimes it’s easier to choose negativity and how it’s best we choose to be positive internally. Also, the influence of having a positive environment. I dedicate this episode to the ones who overthink, struggle with gratitude, and everyone who’s willing to make a change. I challenge everyone to find something that they’re grateful for. Sometimes we just have to be hopeful in our future 💕  -The book included: Bad Childhood, Good Life by Laura Schlessinger.  -Check out My Black Lives Matter episode on “The whispering of the walls” podcast ❤️ -My podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Soundcloud, Google Podcasts, Breaker, Overcast, Pocketcasts, RadioPublic,  also Anchor!  -Be sure to subscribe, share and, rate it 5 stars  - If you would like to contact me about thoughts, opinions or suggestions please be sure to contact me on Facebook and Instagram @wokenandspoken
