For 99% of entrepreneurs who work in scientific research, creating effective treatments, engineering new medical devices, and developing new healthcare technology can leave little left in the tank to run a successful business. We created this podcast as a way to share stories and insights from people who understand the challenge of running an organization in biotech and pharma, or managing a research lab in academia or industry. Sure, you have the know-how and perseverance to carry out challenging research projects. But it never hurts to have a little help on the business end. Communication, legal, ethics, marketing, branding, PR, accounting, teamwork, organization. These are all topics we'll be discussing over the course of the following episodes.
