Bread Dahi Vada is the 8th recipe from my Aunt Usha GK Bail’s cookbook, Choice Recipes. This is a recipe I could make easily and flaunt, especially since I earlier struggled getting vadas right.
 Absolutely great for the summer and an easy to impress dish. Try it! Get appreciated for it.
