In this episode, we speak to Rajashree Raju, Queer activist from Kerala India who tells us her amazing story of overcoming misogyny, queerphobia and much more to support her community in India. She tells us about her amazing love story finding her husband Vihaan, a Trans activist, and how his way of seeing masculinity is challenging toxic gender roles in Indian society. Inspired by the discussion of masculinity, we the co-hosts have a chat about what masculinity and femininity mean to us. Welcome back to the Queer Spectrum. It's been a while and a lot has happened since season 1. Life has been rather hectic for the co-hosts but we wanted to give you a mini-series to keep you WANTING MORE! We're delighted to have you back with us and we kick off our mini-series with a good old chat from the co-hosts. Sex education is important for everyone, especially for LGBT+ people. Often it’s woefully inadequate. In this episode Chara, Mark and Alan discuss their experiences of sex ed when they were growing up and what they wish it had included.
