Another week has almost past us as we grab our chingona coffee mugs and open up about how we are coping with 2020 life. With the stress of COVID-19 uprooting all things we know to be “normal”; we open up to each other about our own mental health. We acknowledge how we are “all in this together” but how differently this new world is affecting us; mind, body & business. As mothers, business owners and friends, mental health is a topic that NO LONGER will have a stigma … at least not here on the Queen is Dead. With the Fall quickly approaching, the most important things we can be doing right now is making sure that our mental health is faced head on and treated as one of the most important things on our priority list. As women we have always worn many hats with the unspoken understanding of the responsibilities we have to “do it all”. Women are BADASSES (which goes without saying) and by being open about how we cope with the complexities of life, we hope to encourage any woman who is listening to toss that crown, listen to your heart and take control of your mental wellbeing.
