There’s a misconception that having a plant-based diet is expensive. This is sooo far from the truth. We ALL know by now that eating healthy is GOOD. Whether we apply this knowledge to our daily lifestyle is another story. A story we’ll address here in this episode.

The top 12 foods with the most pesticides are called the Dirty Dozen. The top 15 foods with the least pesticides are called the Clean 15. These lists are fantastic to take with you on your shopping trips to know when to buy organic and when it’s ok to buy conventional. Screenshot the two lists below:
