In this episode I share how you can focus on letting it go - you do not have to be striving all of the time.
It takes an immense amount of courage and focus to be able to switch off and have downtime when you are committed to goals and achievements you want to have.
As a very structured, routined and disciplined individual, it does not come naturally to me to commit to plenty of me time. I call this downtime. One thing that has helped is to plan it into my week. Time when I have nothing planned at times.

This is invaluable time. It is part of the journey too and here is the interesting part: when you are constantly striving, you may just find you reach goals and don't feel satisfied. You are teaching your subconscious mind to do this.
